Hello and Welcome!

My name is Danielle Bierlein and I am a traveling baker and owner of the Happy Camper Cupcakes.  The Happy Camper Cupcakes is a fusion of three things I adore- family, baking and traveling.  When I was a little girl, my grandparents used to take me on camping adventures in a tin can camper.  I started baking for my own family when my little ones were very young.  Today, I believe travel is one of the most important elements of a good life-it widens your lens and opens up the world.

I believe that dessert should be eaten slowly and mindfully.  I love to create custom cupcakes that surprise, using fun seasonal flavors, unique combinations, and simple ingredients.

My camper's name is Opal.  She has been lovingly restored and decorated in a vintage minimalist theme to provide an unusual, creative and fun vibe.  We can come to you for your celebration or you can come to visit us at one of the local festivals, markets or rallies we attend throughout the year.
